About Me

I have been interested in Alternative Therapies, Medicine and Holistic Healing for as long as I can remember. Once I became a mother to my second son, I became overwhelmed with anxiety and couldn’t cope so I sought help. I was diagnosed with PTSD, Anxiety and Major Depression. I was determined to heal so I found a mental health counselor and researched other healing methods. Yoga was #1 when I googled. I was already very active and found myself in a yoga class at my local gym. After that very first class, I felt so mentally and physically relaxed and wanted to learn more so I went onto study yoga, meditation, and yoga therapy at The YogaLife Institute for 4 years. The yogic lifestyle has transformed my life in so many ways. I am more relaxed and at peace. Also, it has increased my creative abilities as I now sculpt clay, paint and write.
