ASSISTED STRETCHING

An Assisted Stretch Session involves having a practitioner guide your body into varies stretches to improve mobility and flexibility. Assisted stretching can reduce stress, anxiety and muscle tension/soreness. It aids in relaxation and improves breathing, mood, energy, & focus. It helps with balance, joint health, muscle tone, and injury prevention.

These are 1-hour stretch sessions incorporating breathing, stretching, meditation, relaxation, and/or reiki.
